Install Remote 63 Support

Download the client for this computer. No administrator login is required. After installation, Remote 63 shows a temporary 8-digit support number to give to your support administrator.

Connection approval requiredEvery remote-control request must be approved on this computer. There is no silent remote connection.

Windows 10/11, 64-bit. Installs for the current user and starts Remote 63 automatically at login.

Privacy & approval

The installed client connects outbound to https://remote.63.lv. When an administrator requests remote access, the client automatically opens a visible approval page. You must choose Allow this connection or Reject connection. Only after approval can the administrator see/control the primary screen, and the client can disconnect the session locally at any time.

Remote 63 does not silently approve future connections based on an earlier approval.
